Telldunkin [Dunkin Donut’s Customer Satisfaction Survey]

The Multinational company pf coffee based in America and quick service restaurant named as “Dunkin Donuts”.it was founded by Mr. Rosenberg in 1950.

It is the mixture of mister donuts chain and then it is converted into the Dunkin donuts.in Canton, Massachusetts there is the head quarter of it.

Dunkin donuts are nearly about 12000 locations in 36 countries.it is coffee and baked goods chains in the whole world.

History of tell dunkin:

In 1948 William Rosenberg opened a restaurant in Quincy. Selling donuts and coffee. after discussing with other executives he changed the name as “Dunkin donuts”.

In 1963 Rosenberg son Robert was CEO of the company at an earlier age of 25 and Dunkin donuts opened their 100 th of location in that specific year.

After that the menu and the shop format were standardized and all the new items were added to the menu card

Marketing:

“America runs on Dunkin” was the past slogan of Dunkin that in march 2009 they renewed it as “You Kin Do it!” and launched promotions.

In the year of 2007, a series of Dunkin donuts commercial referred to the fictional language called “Fritalian” the mixture of French and Italian.

2017 was the year when Dunkin donuts announced that it would begin testing name “Dunkin”. As it is thought of the most profitable product.

Logo:

The scripted version of Dunkin donuts was filed in 1995. later there was an addition of anme and the coffee cup in the logo was colored primarily in yellow and brown. And it applied in 1958 and registred in 1961 and put into use in 1964.

In 1961 they used hot pink color for their logo showing stylized coffee cup. after that light and bright orange was added into the logo.

In 2018 they shortened their name to “Dunkin”. because it was already acknowledged name in customers so it can be beneficial for marketing.
